So far, PBS has cut every line or scene to do with sex or any brief mention of homosexuality, or any mention of drugs.
They cut, so far:
- the scene with Mycroft saying “It’s to do with sex”
- John’s girlfriend telling him that “Sherlock must be a very lucky man” - they cut that entire scene, you never see him break up with her
- Mycroft telling John that he’s going to need to watch over Sherlock because of the whole drugs business
Surprisingly, they kept the lines between John and Irene.

This made me very annoyed while watching. I kept waiting for those parts, and they never came. I’ll be very upset if the DVD is also edited.
